Hailing from Marquette, Michigan, Addicus is a killer up and coming power pop trio you should certainly have on your radar. Formed by friends-turned-roommates Alexis Armstrong (vocals/guitar), Eric Gladwell (bass), and Josh Copeman (drums), the band began writing and jamming together a few years ago and released their first few songs in April of 2023. After spending the rest of the year playing shows, collecting fans, and writing more music, Addicus released their debut self-titled LP in 2024 which serves as the perfect, all-encompassing introduction to the band's sensitive-indie-meets-hooky-pop sound.
